Creating Business Case for IT Projects – panel discussion to be hosted by IIBA Mumbai Chapter (International Institute of Business Analysis)

Mumbai, Aug 29, 2010, /IndiaPRLine.com/; Mumbai Chapter of International Institute of Business Analysis, an independent, non-profit, professional association for Business Analysts will host a panel discussion on “Creating Business Case for IT Initiatives” on Friday, September 3, 2010. The event is part of series of bi-monthly events – workshops / seminars / round tables / panel discussions – to be hosted by Mumbai Chapter. The event is open to all and absolutely free to attend.

The panel discussion being held on September 3, 2010 will be facilitated by Prof Pradeep Pendse, Dean of IT & Business Design, Welingkar Institute and President, IIBA Mumbai Chapter.

The panel will consist of:

The panel will address key questions such as: How do organisations justify IT initiatives? What are the key performance measures to evaluate IT projects? What should Business Case comprise of? What goes into making a Business Case for IT projects? Who makes the Business Case? What are the challenges in making Business Case? How Business Analyst can contribute in making of Business Case? What tools can be used to make Business Case?
