A Meetup for Facebookers, Tweeters, Orkuters and other Social Networking enthusiasts to share how Social Media has influenced their lives.
Chennai, India, June 29, 2010: What: The Mega Social Media Meetup on the “Social Media Day” is hosted all across the globe on 30th June 2010. This day is launched by the giant Social Media info hub ‘Mashable.com’ and more than 500 meetups are organized in 90 countries worldwide. Meetup is also organized in Chennai by the leading Social Media Consultancy, Echovme. ‘Social Media the Social Way’ is the theme of this meetup where avid users of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Orkut, Bebo, MySpace or any other networking tool unite together, converse, play and contribute to the cause of their choice – People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) or PUNYA (NGO, helping the deprived individuals).
