Vizag Steel / RINL’S imressive turnover of Rs. 6113 Crores
Vizag Steel / RINL has achieved a ‘Sales Turnover’ of Rs 6113 Crores for the period of April- November, 2009 and achieved Sale of 17.67 lakh tons of ‘saleable steel’ during the period registering a growth of 35% over the corresponding period last year
Vizag Steel / RINL’s emphasis on production and sale of ‘value added steel’ products paid rich dividends. The Production of ‘value added steel’ products during the period was 14.92 lakh tons registering a growth of 3% and the sale of 13 lakh tons during the period registered a growth of 34% over the corresponding period.
On the expansion front equipment erection of over 9000t was carried out in the month of November, 2009 which is the best achieved so far.
